Cherry Burl Bowl

Cherry burl with copper powder to fill the cracks in the wood. it is subtle combined with the natural color of the cherry wood but i think it is different and looks quite nice.

All of my wood turning projects are made from locally sourced hardwoods. With the small exception of some exotic bits here and there. I finish with a butchers block penetrating mineral oil and carnauba wax. So even though I would not recommend eating your cereal out of this piece, it is more than safe to handle and have on display.
